1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Barber HMZ website at barberhmz.co.uk (“Website”) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
You are resident in the United Kingdom or placing an order for delivery to a UK address
 
3. Products and Pricing
3.1 Product descriptions
We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices on our Website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
3.3 Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a refund or offer an alternative.
 
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide when placing an order is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by you.
 
5. Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is yours and that you are authorised to use it. Your payment will be taken at the time of placing your order. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed.
 
6. Delivery
6.1 Standard delivery
We offer standard delivery across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Orders above our free delivery threshold qualify for free delivery — the current threshold is displayed on our Website.
6.2 Delivery timeframes
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days once dispatched. These are estimates only and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
6.3 Local collection
We offer free local collection from our premises at 95 Coldharbour Lane, Hayes, UB3 3EF. Collection is available Wednesday to Monday, 10am to 8pm. We are closed on Tuesdays. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
6.4 Failed delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less the original delivery charge.
 
7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at sales@barberhmz.co.uk within this period.
7.2 Returning goods
If you wish to return goods, you must return them to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
7.3 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
7.4 Faulty or incorrect goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at sales@barberhmz.co.uk within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.
7.5 Exclusions
The following cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty:
Products that have been opened or used
Products where the hygiene seal has been broken
 
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barber HMZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
 
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website including text, images, logos, product descriptions and graphics are the property of Barber HMZ or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Website without our prior written permission.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
